4. All stakeholders must agree on the Project Charter before development. The Project Charter includes goals, deliverables, a timeline, communication guidelines, and any other pertinent information needed for the project. |
5. Project stakeholders will work with the Project Lead to develop, implement, and evaluate the project. |
