START HERE
1. Complete the Education Request Form.
NEXT STEPS
2. CED staff will review your request and assign a Project Lead.
3. The Project Lead will send you a meeting invite to discuss the project in more detail. 
AFTER THE MEETING
4. All stakeholders must agree on the Project Charter before development. The Project Charter includes goals, deliverables, a timeline, communication guidelines, and any other pertinent information needed for the project.
5. Project stakeholders will work with the Project Lead to develop, implement, and evaluate the project.
