This interactive education explores the foundations of patient experience through three key topics focused on understanding its impact and what matters to patients, the role of empathy, and strategies for service recovery. Staff will gain practical tools and insights to enhance patient-centered care and align daily actions with MU Health Care’s mission and values.

In this course, learners will be able to:

- Discover what matters most to patients during their health care journey.
- Apply the core principals of empathy: care, connect and communicate in daily interactions.
