This training program covers basic lean management principles and quality improvement methodology while working through a case study and examples. This course offering is applicable to all staff, including but not limited to: coordinators for programs with associated quality improvement work, ambulatory care, people-leaders of all locations, and/or staff leading quality improvement projects. The program is offered in an interactive class format through a series of courses in the QI curriculum, and has been designed to meet current standards in the field of Quality Improvement, as well as MUHC's mission, goals, and objectives.
