Change and Project Management

Description: This two part series provides tangible resource and tools to better manage daily projects. Learners will be able to explain why change management is an integral component of any project as well. Learners should register for both sessions.

Crew Resource Management

Description: Learn how concepts from the aviation industry can be applied to prevent and reduce errors in health care. This four-hour live training focuses on team dynamics and communication, and is appropriate for all MUHC roles and experience levels, and is taught by Steve Chafe - an Air Force Veteran with a 20+ year career as an airline pilot.

The forYOU Team is a multidisciplinary peer support team developed to help address the needs of MUHC staff who are impacted by a difficult case or event. Office of Clinical Effectiveness (OCE)

Quality Improvement Training Program

Description: Learn how to effectively facilitate problem solving through an introduction to lean management principles and quality improvement methodology. Participants will have an opportunity to learn and apply concepts using example projects and interactive exercises over the course of four 2.5 hour sessions.
